We’ll begin by assessing the quantity and type of rubbish you need us to clear. Then we’ll give you a quote, based on the cubic volume. Usually, there’s a minimum price for one sensible item up to the size of a washing machine. If rubbish is bagged up, we’ll give a price based on the number of bags. Sometimes a supplement may apply, for example for fridges, freezers or mattresses, where we are charged extra to dump these items.

We’ll also make sure that access to your property is possible. Sometimes we need to carry rubbish or awkward items through a house or down a side alley. Not usually a problem! Sometimes there are flights of stairs involved, we can usually do that too, but it may take us a little longer.

Then, we’ll arrange to arrive at a time that suits you and remove the rubbish as agreed. That’s it.
